There are thousands of realtors and most follow very similar processes to buy and sell houses. However, the manner in which this is occurs can vary widely.
I am a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and well-educated realtor who thrives on meeting your needs. My service begins with providing my clients with a framework from consultation to closing so they can see, and anticipate, the steps along the way. Once the client is comfortable with the plan, I conduct a 'needs analysis' by facilitating a discussion to understand their ideal home include must have's and nice to have. I close this meeting with, as all conversations, with a summary of what we've done and next steps/actions.
I do my due diligence with the information and research and analyze data until I have the right criteria for buyers and the right comps/price point for the seller.
Real Estate is actually my 2nd career. Previously, I worked for General Motors for over 25 years (11 positions across 8 buildings). My last 4 years were in Detroit where I was a Global Customer Experience Manager. Throughout this time, my abilities in sales, marketing, and negotiating all culminated to one goal - customer service! If you don't have happy customers then you fail so you need to find out what they truly want and make it happen, I do that every day in real estate!
